Training Programs :: Advanced Speed Training Advanced Speed "Spring Tune-Up" for Endurance Runners
If You Want To Run Fast, You've Got to Run Fast… and you do that by learning more about leg turnover and stride length; and by better understanding the 'mechanics' of quickness and speed. Then, running fast is the result of effectively applying what you've learned—under the direction and guidance of consistently excellent coaching. Running fast is all about running more efficiently. It's about concentration. It's about training. And, it's about power and strength. If you've competed in races of 10-mile distances (or greater), and want to run fast—this is your training program. This shorter program will get you ready for a fast, spring half marathon, and will help you make the transition from winter, base training to the summer season. Why wait to get fast — get started now! Note: This 6-week program is limited to the first 75 athletes, so register today!
