If You Want To Run Fast, You've Got to Run Fast… and you do that by learning more about leg turnover and stride length; and by better understanding the 'mechanics' of quickness and speed. Then, running fast is the result of effectively applying what you've learned—under the direction and guidance of consistently excellent coaching. Running fast is all about running more efficiently. It's about concentration. It's about training. And, it's about power and strength. If you've competed in races of 10-mile distances (or greater), and want to run fast—this is your training program. Note: This 17-week program is limited to the first 60 athletes, so register today!
Training Days & LocationsGroup training sessions are held every Tuesday for 17-weeks, beginning with our first session on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at LakeShore Park Track (Chicago Ave. and Lakeshore Dr.).
