- Professional, experienced coaches from Chicago Endurance Sports
- Personalized 10-week daily training schedule for all levels and abilities using Training Peaks
- Weekly email newsletter with tips on training and program updates
- Weekday group training sessions led by Chicago Endurance Sports Coaches and Mentors from the following locations:
- Tuesday at Fleet Feet Sports - Lincoln Square
- Thursday at Fleet Feet Sports - Old Town
- New Feature in 2012 — Weekend group long run (non paced) led by a Chicago Endurance Sports Soldier Field 10 Mile Training Program Coach
- Group Run — Saturdays, 8:15am at Fleet Feet Sports — Old Town

Program Kick-off and Informational Meeting

Time: 9am (walk in registration begins at 8am)
Location: Fleet Feet Sports - Old Town, 1620 N. Wells St., Chicago, IL
Meet our coaches, learn about the training program, and get answers to all of your questions at the Kickoff and Informational Meeting. Registration will be available (credit card only) after the meeting. And don't worry — we won't make you run... yet! Just dress casually and bring a great attitude!
