Yoga / Pilates for Runners — Spring Session 2010
These classes are designed to improve your running and athletic performance. We want to
help you become a complete athlete by improving your entire body, not just your sport specific muscles and movements.
Innovative, Unique Class!
Yoga + Pilates for Runners: Monday Nights 6:00–7:15pm & 7:20–8:35pm
12-Week Class — Monday, March 29th – June 21st (no class on Memorial Day)
Join renowned Yoga instructor, Tonna Reinhold, as you improve your core strength,
flexibility and balance through this 75-minute class featuring a unique and effective
combination of movements from Yoga & Pilates—developed specifically for runners.
This class meets twice every Monday night from 6:00–7:15pm and 7:20–8:35pm at the
Vitamin Shoppe on Clark and Diversey. All levels are welcome!
Each class is limited to a maximum of 35 athletes and usually sells out, so don't delay — register today!

Join Yoga Instructor and CES Running Coach, Madeline Grejda,
in an innovative class from CES—"Yoga for Runners".
This 90-minute workout uses classic poses/sequences from Vinyasa Yoga (breath synchronized
movement) to create strength and flexibility for the whole body while enhancing mental focus.
The class has been developed specifically for the needs of athletes (runners, cyclists,
triathletes and more) for improving performance through increased strength, flexibility and
mental focus.
Each 90-minute class meets every Thursday night from 7–8:30pm at the Vitamin Shoppe
on Clark and Diversey. All levels are welcome!
